Track Name: All that we See or Seem
In the one year that I've known you
I've seen the future for the first time
so if you think in terms of mental state
we've already been together our whole lives
and in the afterlife I'll wait for you
even if all christian promises were lies
because the darkest shades of nothing
with you would seem the brightest shades of white
now it's the second year I've known you
and I hope my feelings have remained clear
every time we lay together becomes a memory that I will hold dear

and this is all I have to give
a song that's half way sung
and the best years of my life

as I open up my eyes as from a dream into a dream
and the sunrise breaks the dark like skin
and the colours start to bleed
to form the scarlet horizontal drapes
that open up the scene
on to another perfect day
where every song has much more meaning than the last
Track Name: Breaks
My lover is the sea
but I live so far inland
and the water's sparse
so we meet by the stream
and the sun was kissing me
so I jumped right in
and through my frostbit toes
I could feel it's jealousy

and I was the one to blame
I was the one to blame

I took the pictures in frames
and I stored them inside my memory
and I disposed of the ones I'd sooner leave behind
I changed the places and names to the ones that I haven't got to yet
and I painted my destination
it looked better in my mind
you said the peaks of the waves looked like snow resting on the mountain tops
and when they break
we feared an avalanche
so you grabbed hold of my hand and you told me to run and never stop
but I let go
and I forgot
to run
and you run

so put your camera down
enjoy yourself
we don't need evidence of this
